Print a list of your contacts

You can print a report or address labels for some or all of your contacts.

To print a list of your contacts

  1. From the Contacts menu, choose Contacts/Prospects. All the contacts in the first contact group display by default.
  2. Depending on which contacts you want to include in your report, you may select a different group (from the list on the left), or select All Active to display all your active contacts and prospects.
  3. Select the contacts you want to include, using the check boxes on the far left. (Click the check box at the top of the column to automatically check all visible contacts.)
  4. In the Options pane locate the Report Options box.
  1.  Select Contact Report (or Address Labels), and click Go.

NOTE: Your report displays in a separate window in PDF format.
